I navigate the intersection of business and politics. From government relations and regulatory strategy to coalition-building and stakeholder engagement — I help organisations understand the political environment and shape it in their favour.

When reputations are under threat, clarity and speed are everything. I work with organisations facing high-stakes media scrutiny, regulatory pressure, or public controversy — building the response strategy and managing the narrative from day one.
Campaign direction
Over 200 candidate campaigns across every election type in England. From ward-level council contests to mayoral campaigns, I bring professional campaign infrastructure, message discipline, and the ability to win in difficult terrain.
Board & NED work
I bring a strategic, operator's perspective to boards and governance roles. With active NED and trustee positions across financial services, civil society, and local government, I understand how to contribute at board level — offering challenge, commercial insight, and a grounded understanding of political and reputational risk.

About

I’m a campaign director and communications strategist operating through Elhanan Ventures, my personal consulting and investment vehicle.

I started working at 16 as a self-employed carpenter. I stumbled into politics, ran candidate campaigns across England for CCHQ, then worked through Westminster during Brexit and Covid as Chief of Staff to an MP, before moving into corporate crisis communications at Borkowski and co-founding agencies of my own.

My track record spans a West Midlands mayoral campaign, serving as Birmingham Chief Agent delivering a notable electoral swing, and advising on sovereign positioning and corporate reputation in complex environments. I am currently a Consultant at Borkowski, focused on crisis and reputation.

Outside of client work, I serve as Chairman of Codsall Parish Council, Non-Executive Director at Citysave Credit Union, and Trustee at Solihull Action Through Advocacy. I am also an active fundraiser through endurance challenges — marathon, trail half, 50-mile ultra, and Kilimanjaro — in support of the armed forces community.
